1 Definitions and Applicability

4 Bonuses and Promotions

rich11 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer is available under specific terms and meeting those terms is mandatory.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000 — to become eligible for withdrawal, ৳20,000 (৳2,000 × 10) must be wagered.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on designated games and betting markets
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts may result in all accounts being cancelled
• rich11 reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time

4.3 VIP Cashback

Regular members can receive weekly cashback through the VIP programme. There are four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The cashback rate increases with each higher tier, with up to 1.2% per week possible at the Platinum level.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

Compliance with the rules governing betting and gaming on rich11 is mandatory. Restrictions or cancellation of an account may be applied in the event of any misconduct or rule violation.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets or playing games using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence
• Exploiting bugs or errors in the system or software
• Colluding with other users to attempt to manipulate the system
• Money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• Operating an account using another person's identity

5.2 Technical Errors

rich11 reserves the right to cancel bets placed on the basis of odds or payouts displayed incorrectly due to a technical error. In such cases, the original stake amount will be refunded.

5.3 Match Cancellation or Postponement

If a sports event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, bets placed on that event will be voided and the stake amount will be refunded. rich11 may publish separate rules for each sport.

6 Responsible Gaming
